
LACSA, JOSE ERIC M.
Jose Eric M. Lacsa holds a Master of Arts in Theology from the CICM-Maryhill School of Theology, which he completed in 2013, and a Doctorate in Educational Development and Administration with a specialization in Religious and Values Education (DEDA-RVE) from De La Salle University-Manila. Currently serving as a Full-Time Lecturer at De La Salle University, he brings a wealth of experience from over 13 years of seminary formation. His pastoral and educational background includes eight months of missionary work in Indonesia, where he was part of the formation team for the Missionaries of St. Charles – Scalabrinians. Dr. Lacsa is deeply committed to the Lasallian mission, finding purpose in the holistic formation of students—educating minds, nurturing hearts, and transforming lives. His teaching integrates theological insight with lived experience, fostering spaces for critical reflection and compassionate engagement. Through his academic work and mentoring, he contributes to shaping future educators and leaders who are rooted in values and committed to service. His passion lies in bridging faith, culture, and education to empower communities and promote social transformation.
