Mac is a Full Professor of the Department of Theology and Religious Education of De La Salle University. He also taught at University of Sto. Tomas, De La Salle-College of St. Benilde, Philippine Women’s University, Don Bosco-Makati and Don Bosco-Tarlac. He earned his
Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Our Lady of Peace College Seminary (2001), Master of Arts in Theological Studies, magna cum laude (2009) at San Sebastian College-Recoletos, and Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Theology at De La Salle University (2017). He authored several published journal articles, a textbook in Christian morality, and had presented papers in various academic conferences. His research interests are in the fields of moral theology, sexual ethics, youth studies, and public health.
