Dr. Rebecca G. Cacho is an Associate Professor at the Department of Theology and Religious Education, De La Salle University, Manila. She holds a Doctorate in Education majoring in Religious and Values Education (With Distinction) from DLSU, a Master’s in Religious Studies (Magna Cum Laude) from Maryhill School of Theology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the College of the Holy Spirit, Manila. She has taught in various academic and formation institutions, held leadership roles at St. Scholastica’s College, and was a member of the World Council of Churches’ Young Theologians’ group. A former visiting scholar at KU Leuven and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Dr. Cacho has published scholarly articles in reputable local and international journals and authored and edited textbooks in Christian Living, Values Education, and Theology. Her ongoing advocacy includes religious education and professional training for educators and school leaders.
