ROSETTIE C. ARROYO, SdP, is a perpetually professed member of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Poor of Saint Catherine of Siena. She serves as a part-time lecturer at De La Salle University and currently holds the position of Vice President for Administration at Lyceum of Tuao, Incorporated, in the Cagayan Valley. Recently, she was also appointed as Coordinator of Research and Extension at the same institution.
Sr. Arroyo earned her Master of Religious Science in Youth Ministry from Don Bosco Centre of Studies and her Master of Business Administration from San Beda Graduate School of Business in Manila. Her academic and professional work is deeply rooted in service and mission—she has been working as a missionary in the Archdiocese of Tuguegarao since 2015.
She is also the Chairman of the Christian Formation Program of the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) Region 2. Her advocacy focuses on the care and welfare of indigenous peoples, and as a budding researcher, she is committed to producing meaningful and impactful academic work. Her goal is to contribute to scholarly discourse through research that deepens understanding and offers valuable insights to both the academic community and society at large.
