Dr. Maria Milagros Regina I. Lomotan is a full time teaching faculty with the Department of Political Science & Development Studies. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (cum laude) at the University of the Philippines. Dr. Lomotan finished her Master of Arts in Development Management at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and her doctoral degree at De La Salle University in October 2020. Her research interests are focused on social entrepreneurship, social enterprises, women empowerment, project management, strategic planning & development management.
