Gerardo Eusebio has had extensive experience in public service, electoral campaign management, consultancy work and the academe. He has served in both legislative and executive branches of government. He was congressional district head of Pasay, special assistant to the late Senator Tolentino and chief political officer under former Senator Honasan. In 2008, he was appointed by then President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo as Director of the Social Marketing Service (chief information officer/spokesperson) of the DSWD.
The Asia Foundation engaged his services as independent consultant from 2015-18 to facilitate the implementation of the SHS program in Manila. At present, he is Board Director of Lilac Center for Public Interest, a public policy foundation.
He taught Political Science, Development and History intermittently on a part time basis at different universities since 1992. He has written papers on youth development, public policy, educational reforms and electoral campaign politics. He has also been engaged as campaign consultant in local and national campaigns since 1995 and almost every election cycle hence.
