With over 30 years of combined experience in the government and private sectors (acting as an executive and handling operations and as consultant for various relevant fields) and with more than 24 years of experience in the academe and in doing applied and academic research. Has directly run, both as VP for Operations and then EVP, a US software company based in the Philippines and involved in internet and intranet solutions and former DLSU I.T. Director that implemented and centralized the University’s student record management system using the Oracle People Soft Campus Solutions and former Assistant Dean for External Affairs and Lasallian Mission of the College of Liberal Arts.

Trainer and Mentor in the BCP4SUC Project of CHED and DLS-CSB. This involves the training and mentoring of 70 State Universities and Colleges (SUCS) across the Philippines from June 2021 to November 2022 in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) towards the completion of their respective BCP Plans by the end of the project.
