Dr. Rosemary Seva is a Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Gokongwei College of Engineering – De La Salle University, Philippines. She is a University Fellow and the former Dean of the Gokongwei College of Engineering. She is currently the Co-Chair of the International Ergonomics Association (IEA) Science, Technology and Practice Committee and the Chair of the IEA Technical Committee on Affective Design. She is the immediate past president of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of the Philippines and a former President of the Asian Council on Ergonomics and Design. She is the Vice Chairperson of the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU) Commission on Engineering and Architecture and a member of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Technical Working Group in Industrial Engineering. She is also the current Vice-Chairperson of the Industrial Engineering Certification Board (IECB). Dr. Seva is a Certified Professional Ergonomist (USA) and a fellow of the Industrial Engineering and Operations Management Society (IEOM).
