Emil Adrian Fernandez is the Co-founder and Principal Consultant at Technopoly, Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in business process and digital transformation. Over the past 15 years, he has led improvement projects in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, retail, energy, construction, telecommunications, education, agriculture, government, quick service restaurants, and banking. He has also trained key personnel in these organizations to implement such projects. Currently, Emil is also a global consultant for the World Bank Group’s Identification for Development (ID4D) initiative, working with various countries such as Ethiopia (Africa) and the Philippines (Asia) to streamline their processes through digitalization initiatives. These initiatives, such as integrating National IDs into services, aim to enable all individuals to exercise their rights and access better services and economic opportunities, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals Emil holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from De La Salle University Manila, obtained under a DOST-ERDT scholarship. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Design Thinking Facilitator, and Certified Digital Transformation Professional.
