The conference solicits paper submission for the plenary and parallel sessions. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

Dec 10, 2007 – Second Call for Papers (Abstract)
Dec 30, 2007 – Submission of Abstract
Jan 15, 2008 – Notification of Acceptance of Abstract
Jan 31, 2008 – Submission of Final Paper

Early bird discounted fees if paid on or before January 31, 2008 -P2,000
