The Global Business Conference has been able to assemble bureaucrats, business practitioners,
researchers, educators and students from international and local institutions. A tremendous 1,165 participants joined the first GBC in February 10, 2007. On its second year, almost 1,400 participants attended the event. The overwhelming support advanced ATIFTAP’s desire to summon more bureaucrats, business practitioners, academicians and researchers in another meaningful presentation and discussion of best cases and trends in the industry.
Here comes the SERVICE INDUSTRY… again! In GBC 2008, best cases and trends in the services sector increased awareness, knowledge and interest in the industry. Due to popular demand, GBC returns on its third year to delve deeper into the most dominant sector in the Philippine economy… the SERVICES SECTOR. This year’s theme, “Strengthening the INVISIBLE: Enhancing Services for Global Competitiveness” aims to identify competitive strengths of our service sector through best cases and findings of experts and business practitioners from the Service Industries including IT and IT-enabled Services, Education and Training and other selected service industry.
The GBC 2009 will be held on February 7, 2009 at the Yuchengco Auditorium, Manila, Philippines from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
