SHS Term-end Reminders, Term 3 AY 2024-2025

The Office of the Head of the Senior High School and the Office of the Dean of the Academy would like to inform all Faculty and Students of the following Term-end Reminders for Term 3, AY 2024-2025:

1. To assist subjects affected by suspension of classes, the following days may be used for make-up class for SHS for both campuses. A faculty who intends to schedule a make-up class must communicate for approval with their SHS Department Chairs. Once approved, the SHS Academic Programming Officer (APO) shall reflect the approved schedule of make-up class in this link.

2. The Final Assessment Days for Term 3 are on July 30-31, 2025. No other activities for sections taking the final assessment should be conducted prior to the test on the said dates.

3. Students should complete their requirements on or before the deadline set by their professors. The last day of academic contact in SHS is on August 1, 2025.
4. Opening of SERP for the subjects is on July 21, 2025, 8:00 am and the Final Submission of Grades by faculty is until August 4, 2025, 10:00 pm.
5. Online Viewing of Grades (OVG) for Term 3 with no average is on August 5, 2025, starting at 8:00 AM.
6. Online Grade Consultation is set on the same date (August 5, 2025) from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM only.
7. Application for the Change of Grade (COG) by the faculty is from August 6 -11, 2025, 10:00 pm.
8. The release of grades with General Average for Term 3 is on August 7, 2025, at 8:00 am. While the release of Awards for Term 3 and Graduation Awards via OVG is on August 26, 2025, 8:00 am.
9. SHS students’ academic break starts on August 6, 2025. AY 2025-2026 begins on August 29, 2025 with an Online Welcome Program at 2:00-3:00 pm. Week 1 of Term 1, AY 2025-2026 is the SHS Onboarding Activities from September 1-5, 2025.
