Job Description/Summary
The Document Quality Assurance Assistant (DQAA) ensures the accuracy and quality of all documents generated and processed by the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) servicing various clients. The role supports essential OUR services, including requested documents, commencement exercises, and enrollment services. This role creates detailed reports to monitor progress and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with any Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with reviewing documents to meet quality standards and guidelines.
- Ability to manage and maintain large volumes of documents systematically.
- Familiarity with software for organizing, storing, and tracking documents.
