Anna Trisha Monica O. Abeleda is an Assistant Professorial Lecturer at De La Salle University, where she teaches Philippine and world literature. She finished her Bachelor of Arts in Literature at De La Salle University Manila and her Master’s degree in Filipino at Ateneo de Manila University. She was a writing fellow for Filipino poetry in 2007 at the IYAS La Salle National Writer’s Workshop. Since 2003, she has been a member of LIRA (Linangan sa Imahen, Retorika, at Anyo), a group of young poets writing in Filipino. Her poems have been included in anthologies such as Latay sa Isipan: Mga Bagong Tulang Filipino, published by UST Press in 2007, and Lila: Mga Tula, published in 2019 by Isang Balangay Media Productions in partnership with Librong LIRA. She has a poetry collection, Ang Nalalabi Rito, published by High Chair in 2012.
