Lecturer 2
Educational Background
BS/MS Chemical Engineering,
De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines
Engr. Tosha Mae S. Manalastas is a licensed chemical engineer and a part-time lecturer at De La Salle University Manila. She is a tissue engineering and biomaterials researcher with a research focus on the production of bioscaffolds from the native extracellular matrix of organs and the use of natural products for wound healing and additive manufacturing applications. She graduated Cum laude and received the Eduardo Cojuangco Jr. Award for Leadership and Research Innovation. She is one of the inventors of the “Method and system of organ decellularization using ultrasonic bath” which was awarded a Philippine patent.
