I am a Workforce Management expert with over 12 years of experience across industries such as telecommunications, IT, and retail. Currently, I serve as Manager II in Planning & Scheduling at Concentrix Philippines and teach courses at De La Salle University, covering areas like Statistics, Data Analysis, and Quality Management. My research interests include workforce optimization, capacity planning, and process excellence. Notable achievements include earning a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma and receiving top performer awards at TELUS and Accenture. I hold a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
