Dr. Argel A. Bandala is a Full Professor and Research Faculty at De La Salle University. His research focuses on artificial intelligence and its application in robotics specifically swarm robotics and swarm intelligence. He is also doing research in development of meta-heuristics algorithms and its applications. In 2020 he was one of the recipients of the National Academy of Science and Technology’s (NAST) Outstanding Young Scientist (OYS) award. In 2017 he received the 3rd prize for the talent search for young scientist of the National Academy of Science and Technology’s (NAST)
