Engr. Timothy Chu’s primary interest is in robotics, specifically Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) and Mobile Robotics. Research interests are also in Machine Learning and the Internet of Things. He received his BS-Mechanical Engineering degree from De La Salle University – Manila and graduated with an Honorable mention. He took his master’s in mechanical engineering from De La Salle University – Manila and Master of Science in Robotics Engineering from Liverpool Hope University and graduated with Distinction. He is currently a faculty member in the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
