Qualifications:

1. Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
2. At least 5-8 years of experience in IT, with a focus on architecture, application design, and solutions development.
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
4. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
5. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
6. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
7. Excellent analytical skills.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
9. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Job Description/Summary

The Project Manager Is responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and resource requirements while preparing and managing budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints. They develop detailed project schedules, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and oversee vendor and supplier contracts to ensure deliverables are met. Utilizing industry best practices, the Project Manager monitors progress, makes necessary adjustments, and measures performance to identify and implement improvements.
