Atty. Christopher Cruz

Atty. Christopher E. Cruz, Ph.D. is the Manager of the DLSU Innovation and Technology Office. He is a registered patent agent in the Philippines with over a decade of experience in intellectual property and technology transfer. He also serves as President of the Alliance of Tech Transfer Professionals of the Philippines and represents the country in the AUTM ASEAN Committee. His academic and professional work continue to shape IP policy, education, and practice in the Philippines.

Peter Immanuel Tenido

Mr. Peter Immanuel Tenido is a Project Director of the DLSU Innovation and Technology Office. He works on patent drafting and prosecution, licensing, capacity-building, and broader IP and KTT initiatives for DLSU and its partners. He is Vice President for Memberships of the Alliance of Tech Transfer Professionals of the Philippines and Managing Editor of the Asia-Pacific Journal of Intellectual Property Management and Innovation. His work spans IP management, technology transfer capacity-building, and university-industry collaboration.
Paulo Luis Lozano

Paulo Luis Lozano

Mr. Paulo Luis Lozano is a Project Director of the DLSU Innovation and Technology Office, where he works on patenting, technology transfer, and innovation commercialization. He is a co-founder of VISON Technologies Corporation, a DLSU spin-off, where he serves as Chief Marketing Officer. His professional work spans IP management, startup development, and university-industry collaboration, and he contributes to the innovation ecosystem through mentorship and advisory roles with universities and regional initiatives.
Theda Mae Dumali

Theda Mae Dumali

Ms. Theda Mae Dumali is a Project Director of the DLSU Innovation and Technology Office, where she supports initiatives in patenting, technology transfer, and capacity-building. She previously served at DOST-TAPI, managing programs that helped innovators and MSMEs secure funding and prepare technologies for market adoption. She is a certified patent agent, an active member of the Association of PAQE Passers, and a volunteer with WIPO’s Inventor Assistance Program.

Michell Jonson

Michell Jonson

Ms. Michell Jonson is the Secretary of the DLSU Innovation and Technology Office. She ensures effective coordination between the office, the DLSU administration, and the secretariats of partner organizations, enabling the smooth implementation of projects and activities. With her extensive experience in DITO, she is also well-versed in administrative processes relating to patents, intellectual property, and related financial transactions.
