These lectures halls were named after distinguished alumnus Emilio C. Yap Jr or Bioshi, as he was fondly called by his loved ones. The rooms were given as a gift to his beloved alma mater as a way for his family to honor his memory after his unfortunate passing on November 28, 1988 at the age of 45.

Constructed in the early 1990s, these rooms once served as the traditional lecture halls of De La Salle University; it has been since renovated to become a premiere collaborative space for learning
outfitted with modern technology such as Apple TV, Chromecast and HDMI compatibility to cater to the students of today.

FEMALE ATHLETES DORM

This multi-leveled facility was made to provide a home near the DLSU campus, just along Fidel Reyes St., to the hardworking female athletes of DLSU. The first floor boasts a reception area, a large dining hall, kitchen, a tiered-common area for rest and study and a quiet room for those who want to review for their academics. The facility is also under 24/7 security.

The Female Athletes Dorm is able to house at least 100 female athletes each with a bunk bed and shelf space in spacious air-conditioned rooms. The building’s unique design also caters to their active lifestyle with suspended hammocks per floor and lots of open areas.

Research is an important facet   in every University hence the Research Commons was created to serve as a collaborative space for researchers and students to carry out their work. The Research center boasts completeness being able to hold 11 research groups on a flexible stay basis. Researchers can also enjoy the pantry and the zone-out room which is the perfect place for the members of the research community to unwind.
