Mr. Primor is working part-time as assistant professorial lecturer at the School of Economics, De La Salle University since 2021. He is currently the  Head of Economic and Trade Advisory at the Embassy of Switzerland in the Philippines and concurrent Director of Operations at the Swiss Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines. He obtained his graduate degree at the Crawford School of Public Policy, Australian National University and advanced studies at the World Trade Institute, University of Bern.

Professor Primor teaching FDNECON, COBECON, ECOINTL, and ECOINTF.

He is serving as a member of the ASEAN regional steering committee of the Global Reporting Initiative, and co-chairperson of the Philippines-European Free Trade Association Free Trade Agreement technical working group.

Research Interest

Mr. Primor’s research focus is international trade with a substantive focus on free trade agreements, ASEAN Economic Community, and Philippine economic developments. He is particularly interested in the dynamics of economic policymaking and public-private partnerships.
