The second is a paper (with Ma. Fe Carmen Dabbay) on K-12 implementation fidelity, estimating learning losses from PH high schools whose actual practices deviated significantly from Dep-Ed approved K-12 transition plans. The third is a paper (with Gabriella Montinola and Sun-Ki Chai) experimentally testing whether and how descriptive representations of women in government promote foreign aid effectiveness.
