IT Training Reservation Guidelines
- Updates on training schedules shall be posted through the Help Desk website and My.LaSalle e-mail.
- Reservations may be made either by phone (at local 316 or 466) or thru emailing the Help Desk at [email protected]

The following details shall be provided to the Help Desk:
- Full name
- Department
- Preferred schedule
- The Help Desk shall inform the faculty member through email whether a slot has been reserved.
- The Help Desk shall email a reminder to the faculty member two days before the scheduled training.
