Hardware Requisition Process

Note: This process is applicable only to bulk purchases of computer units.

Important Dates*

Deadline of MRF Submission to ITC

Estimated Delivery Date at ITC

Estimated Release Date to End-user

On or before the Fourth Monday of February First week of May Second to third week of May
On or before the Fourth Monday of August First week of December Second to third week of December

*Some computer units such as those meant for research use (URCO-funded or externally funded) will not be included in this bulk purchase schedule.

*For urgent requests or unplanned purchases of desktop computer units (not following the bulk purchase schedule), these may still be accommodated but please make sure to attach a justification letter to the request.
