Computer Laboratory Reservation Guidelines

Note: This is applicable only to Computer Laboratories under the Information Technology Center: L212, L229, L320, L335, V103, V301, V211, J212, G302, G304, G306, G404, Y602 & MSCL

For Computer Classes or Subjects

Inform ITC of the desired Computer Lab to be reserved at least a week in advance through the Online Computer Laboratory Reservation page

For Non-computer Classes or Subjects

Reserving a Computer Lab for non-computer classes or subjects would require a fee of P60 per hour per PC terminal per student. (e.g., if there are 30 students in the class and they would like to use a lab for an hour, each of them would have to pay P60). This excludes printing fees.

Payment procedures:

  • Get a Payment Slip from the IT Center
  • Pay the amount indicated on the slip at the Accounting Office.
  • Acquire the Yellow & White copy of the Official Receipt.
  • Present the Yellow copy of the Official Receipt to the SA on duty upon entry to the Computer Lab (It will serve as your permit to use the facility).
