Paul Martin Mercado

Lecturer

Paulo Martin Mercado is a lecturer at Carlos L. Tiu School of Economics, De La Salle University Manila and a Business Development Manager at ePLDT, a subsidiary of PLDT. Prior to working for the largest Telco company in the Philippines, Paulo has worked as an equity analyst for Thomson-Reuters, an industry economist for a german-based ICT consulting firm and as an economist for the Department of Social Welfare and Development. His work experience as a government economist focused on the promotion and adoption of DSWD’s Monitoring and Evaluation system and management of several impact evaluation studies involving Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program (4ps) and other social programs of the department.
