Ma. Isabel Fernandez

Assistant Professor

Maria Isabel Fernandez is currently a Partner at Richdale Realty, specializing primarily in the high-end residential market. 

She was previously an Associate Research Manager at Innovations for Poverty Action where she led high-profile impact evaluations and technical skills training for partners such as the World Bank, UNDP, GCERF, 3ie, BRAC and ADB. She has also developed strong relationships with key government partners such as the Supreme Court of the Philippines, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao. 

Recognized as the Top 1 Outstanding Economics Student of the Philippines in 2019, she has received multiple awards for her research and academic excellence. A former national champion in Olympic air pistol shooting, she has also competed internationally, earning a minimum qualifying score for the Olympics in 2010.
