Bernardo Cielo II

Assistant Professor

B is a policy practitioner and academic specializing in health financing, health system strengthening, and public policy. Currently, he is a consultant for the Asian Development Bank and RTI International, working on health finance policy and global health. He is also a health financing advisor at ThinkWell, an international policy think tank specializing in health financing and public financial management. Over the past 12 years, he has provided technical assistance to the Philippine government, contributing to over 22 policies improving health financing and strengthening health systems.
