Amancio Melad III

Lecturer

Aman’s experience has ranged from the perspective of a public technocrat, an academic lecturer and researcher, and a private consultant. As a pracademic, he has worked/has been collaborating alongside United Nations (UN) organizations (i.e., UN Children’s Fund [UNICEF] and United Nations Development Programme [UNDP]), multilateral financial institutions (i.e., World Bank and Asian Development Bank [ADB]), research and consulting firms (i.e., Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology (Eawag0, Royal HaskoningDHV [RHDHV] and Athena Infonomics), and Philippine government agencies (i.e., National Economic and Development Authority [NEDA], Office of the President Presidential Management Staff [OP-PMS], Office of the Vice President [OVP], and Provincial Government of Camarines Sur [PGCS]). This broad background gives him a holistic approach to policy and plan, program, and project management. Aman has also developed the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders  at all levels to deliver impactful results.
