Rhoderick V. Nuncio is a Full Professor of Philippine Studies from the Departamento ng Filipino at De La Salle University. As a social scientist he has done research works and advocacy programs related to ICT for education and development. His book, Sanghiyang sa Mundo ng Internet, won a National Book Award in the Social Science category and a St. Miguel Febres Cordero Award for Outstanding Book Publication in Filipino. As a humanities scholar, he has published articles in ISI/Scopus journals and was invited to be a judge and critic to literary competitions including the Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Award for Literature. He joined the 54th UP National Writers Workshop as a writing fellow in 2015. He was also a graduate fellow of the Cultural Studies Workshop 2004 held in Bangalore, India. In 2014, he was a Visiting Researcher at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mahidol University, Thailand where he completed writing his second novel, Omnibus at ang misteryo ng nawawalang ulo. His first novel Ang Lihim ng Ultramar was a finalist in the National Book Award in 2013. He completed his AB Philosophy & Human Resource Development at San Beda College and his MA & PhD Philippine Studies at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. In his free time, he paints and writes poetry and novel.

RON R. RESURRECCION

Ron R. Resurreccion is an Associate Professor at De La Salle University where he obtained his PhD in Counseling Psychology. He is a full-time faculty member from the Department of Psychology and currently the Associate Dean of the DLSU College of Liberal Arts. He is also a Registered Psychologist and a past president of the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP).

Shirley O. Lua is an associate professor of literature at De La Salle University (DLSU). She is a member of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Technical Committee on Literature. She sits on the board of the Manila Critics Circle, which hands out the National Book Awards annually to the best books published in the Philippines; and the Manunuri ng Pelikulang Pilipino, the film critics group that confers the annual Gawad Urian on the best Philippine movies. She was the associate editor of Direk: Essays on Filipino Filmmakers (co-edited with Clodualdo del Mundo Jr., DLSU Publishing and Sussex Academic Press, 2018) which won the Gintong Aklat Award for Best Book in Arts and Humanities. She is former director of DLSU Bienvenido N. Santos Creative Writing Center (2011-2017). She is a member of the Climate Reality Leadership Corps (Philippines).

JOSE VICTOR JIMENEZ

Jose Victor D.  Jimenez is an associate professor and former vice chair of the History Department of De La Salle University, where he has been teaching for over three decades. He also served as Director of the Student Development Office at the same university. Jimenez obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History from De La Salle University and Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy, major in the same discipline from the UST Graduate School. He is a member of the Pi Gamma Mu, International Honor Society in Social Sciences, Philippines Beta Chapter; an associate member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP); and a general member of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA)-National Committee on Historical Research (NCHR).  Associate Professor Jimenez is a lifetime member of the Philippine National Historical Society (PNHS), Manila Studies Association (MSA), Philippine Historical Association (PHA), and American Studies Association of the Philippines (ASAP). Jimenez is the Project Director of the “Annotated Compilation of Selected Philippine History Primary Sources and Secondary Works in Electronic Format” under the auspices of the NCCA-NCHR.  His research interest lies in institutional history, curriculum development, and the economic history of the Philippines.  He sits on the editorial boards of TALA: An Online Journal of History and Philippine Social Science Journal. He has served as an evaluator of textbooks and research projects. He has published in refereed academic journals and read papers at national and international conferences.
