Darren Dumaop is a social psychology scholar who works on the psychology of religion and secularism in the Philippines. He finished his Ph.D. in Psychology, majoring in Social Psychology, at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. His previous research works and publications include identity conflict, religiously motivated prejudices, the mental health of non-believers, and democratic citizenship. He is a member of the Asian Association of Social Psychology Small Group for Polyculturalism and a scholar under the Religion in Public Life Program funded by the British Academy.
