Francis Julius N. Evangelista is an Associate Professorial Lecturer at the Department of Philosophy, De La Salle University. He was a scholar at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Harvard University (Cambridge) and a fellow at Sophia University (Tokyo). He has published books and journal articles in critical thinking, logic, ethics and philosophy of religion. A member of the Ateneo de Manila University Research Ethics Committee, he is also affiliated with the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) as a member of its Commission on Tertiary Education and as an accreditor. Currently, he is the Dean of the School of Arts, Sciences and Education of Miriam College.
