Caesar B Cororaton is a Senior Research Fellow, AKI-SOE. He used to work as Research Fellow at the Philippines Institute for Development Studies, the International Food Policy Research Institute and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Currently he is doing research policy consulting work with some Philippine government agencies.
