Justin S. Eloriaga is a Ph.D. Economics Candidate at Emory University under the auspices J. William Fulbright Scholarship. Before studying at Emory, he graduated with a B.Sc. in Applied Economics summa cum laude and a M.Sc. in Economics from De La Salle University. He is also an Assistant Professorial Lecturer at De La Salle University. Formerly, he was a Central Bank Associate at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
