 Monica Camille C. Tongson is a licensed psychologist and an associate lecturer in the Department of Psychology at De La Salle University-Manila, Philippines. With over a decade of teaching experience, starting with preschool and elementary education, she now focuses on educating students in Clinical Psychology courses at De La Salle University. Moe’s primary areas of interest include promoting well-being and mental health awareness among emerging and young adults, as well as addressing mental health concerns in the aging population, particularly cognitive impairment. In addition to her teaching role, Moe focuses on counseling adolescents and adults. She has conducted lectures, seminars, and workshops on well-being, mental health awareness, and psychosocial support for employees, faculty, and students through her affiliations with mental health clinics. As a consultant with St. Luke’s Medical Center-Global City, Philippines, she provides psychological assessments and cognitive rehabilitation therapy for individuals with cognitive impairments. Moe holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Ateneo De Manila University, Philippines, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology at De La Salle University-Manila, Philippines. She is also a member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines.
