Kapihan brings COSCA Coordinators and Volunteers together

A harmonious blend of work and fun marked the Student Social Formation Program (SSFP) Kapihan held last July 17, 2024. The event aimed to foster a stronger bond between COSCA coordinators and volunteers from COSCA-LOVE, DLSU-RCYC, and DLSU-SCA.

Over 30 participants, including COSCA personnel and student volunteers, gathered to break the ice and build rapport. The event successfully achieved its objectives as coordinators and volunteers had the chance to connect on a personal level, creating a more collaborative and enjoyable work environment.

Volunteers expressed their gratitude for the event, saying that it helped them feel more connected to the COSCA team and inspired them to take on more projects. In turn, the coordinators took the opportunity to offer valuable feedback and suggestions to the students on how to improve their projects.

With the rapport established during the event, volunteers now feel more confident in reaching out to coordinators for support in their initiatives. The positive feedback and enjoyable atmosphere made the SSFP Kapihan a resounding success.
