Isagani B. Jos, Ph.D.

My research is on Graph theory, primarily on the singularity/nonsingularity of graphs; on the nullity of graphs and on other characteristics of graphs. I also have research interests on the fitting of the mortality experience of countries to known laws of mortality.
I have a PhD in Mathematics obtained at the De La Salle University. My dissertation is on the singularity/nonsingularity of digraphs. I finished an MS in Mathematics with specialization in Actuarial Science from the University of the Philippines in Diliman and a BS in Mathematics, major in Actuarial Science from the University of Santo Tomas.
I was also a board member of the Mathematical Society of the Philippines and acted as its secretary from 2016-2019. I was also a member of the Actuarial Educators Network of the International Actuarial Association from its inception in 2010.
