MARIGOLD UBA, MSc

Ms. Uba is currently on her dissertation writing for her PhD in Biological Sciences which focuses on Thraustochytrids, a protist, and its application as feeds for Macrobrachium (freshwater prawn). In her master’s degree, she worked on mecA gene as well as the PVL gene in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Some of her research also includes collaboration with the Chemical Engineering Department of DLSU and handles research related to environmental microbiology.
