GLICERIA B. RAMOS , PhD

Dr. Gliceria B. Ramos teaches in both the undergraduate and graduate courses of the Biology Department. She holds a PhD in Biology with Animal Developmental Biology as field of interest from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. She obtained particular trainings in assisted reproductive biology and genomics from the Functional Genomics Unit, Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Japan and Epigenomics from NIH, Maryland, USA. Her other research fields of interest include vertebrate reproductive biology, animal histology and physiology, comparative vertebrate anatomy and vertebrate embryology. She has published several works on Developmental Biology and Reproductive Biology and is currently working on research projects in the same field.
