TALa Launching 2020
The successful launching of the Thermomechanical Analysis laboratory (TALA) was made last Feb 21, 2020 at the Laguna Campus of De La Salle University for the DOST Cradle Project – Development of a Design Guideline Using Finite Element Analysis for Semiconductor Packages . The launching was an intimate gathering of the stakeholders from the funding agency, DOST; the industry partner, IMI; the research partner, DLSU and the engineering consultants.
