Borrowing and Returning
Borrowing Privileges
- Students (undergraduate and graduate) and Co-Academic Personnel
- 30 circulation books for 14 days
- 1 reserve book for 2 hours; may be borrowed for overnight use at 6:00 PM onwards (inclusive of the 30 books)
- Audiovisual materials – For use in viewing rooms, maximum of 3 units of audiovisual materials for 4 hours (over and above the number of borrowed books)
- For home use, maximum of 3 units of audio-visual materials for 8 days (over and above the number of borrowed books)
- Senior High School students
- 15 circulation books for 8 days
- reserve book for hours; may be borrowed for overnight use at 6:00 PM onwards (inclusive of the 15 books)
- Audiovisual materials – For use in viewing rooms, maximum of 3 units of audiovisual materials for 4 hours (over and above the number of borrowed books)
- For home use, maximum of 3 units of audiovisual materials for 8 days (over and above the number of borrowed books)
- Faculty, APSP and members of the Brothers Community
- 30 circulation books for 100 days
- 5 reserve book for 2 hours; may be borrowed for overnight use at 6:00 PM onwards (inclusive of the 30 books)
- Audiovisual materials – For use in viewing rooms, maximum of 3 units of audiovisual materials for 4 hours (over and above the number of borrowed books)
- For home use, maximum of 3 units of audiovisual materials for 8 days (over and above the number of borrowed books)

Renewal
- Renewal may be done at the designated counters or online using your MyLibraryaccount.
- Online renewal is allowed two days before the due date up to two consecutive times. After which, you are requested to renew over the counter to show proof that the borrowed item remain in good physical condition.
- Over the counter renewal may be done in any of the Libraries in Manila or its extension campuses in Makati, BGC or STC.
- Overdue books cannot be renewed online.

Returning/Check-in
- Borrowed items may be returned at designated counters of the Libraries in Manila or its extension campuses in Makati or STC during the respective libraries’ service hours.
- Clients may also opt to return borrowed items through the book return chutes strategically located on all the gates in the Manila Campus especially after the Libraries’ service hours and during weekends and holidays.
- Materials returned late are subject to overdue fines.

Book Reservation
- Reservation may be placed on a book that is out on loan to another patron.
- Reservation may be done manually at the designated counters or online using your MyLibraryaccount.
