Objectives:

This training program aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills in handling supervisory/managerial positions. It should also enable participants to paradigm shift in leading people and become facilitators to manage ones own life and as well as relationship with others particularly in the organization and workplace with the primary goal of preparing and improving the supervisor’s own competencies in a managerial role, changing one’s behavior, effective management practice, and contributing significantly to the triple-bottom-line performance of the organization

Middle Management Development Program

It aims to:

  1. Develop management skills of middle managers in three areas, namely, Personal, Interpersonal, and Group;
  2. Enable them in having a paradigm shift in leading their people and become facilitators to manage one’s own life as well as relationships in the organization or workplace; and
  3. Prepare and improve the managers’ own competencies in a managerial role, changing one’s behavior, promoting effective management practice, and contributing significantly to the triple-bottom-line performance of the organization.
