Important Notes

Only applicants for Graduate Admissions (new students) and currently enrolled students are eligible to apply for this scholarship. If you are not yet applying to any program under DLSU Graduate Studies, please visit the provided link to learn more about the admissions process.

How to Apply

If New Student:

 

Upon receipt of the email notification confirming your eligibility to apply, kindly proceed with the following steps.

 

Note: All registered applicants will receive an invitation to apply once their registration has been verified and their application has been completed.

 

  1. Log in to your ArchersHub
  2. Click “Scholarships.”
  3. Click “Apply” to submit your application.
  4. Upload scanned copies of the required documents. 

If Current Student

 

  1. Log in to your ArchersHub account.
  2. Go to Services.
  3. Select Apply for Scholarship.
  4. Choose the academic year and semester.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Fill out the required information.
  7. Upload the required documents under the Documents
Required Documents
Curriculum Vitae (CV):

A comprehensive CV detailing the applicant’s academic background, research experiences, publications, awards, and other relevant achievements.


 

Personal Statement:

A narrative essay (maximum of 500 words) describing the applicant’s academic goals, research interests, and how the scholarship will help them achieve these goals.

 


Letters of Recommendation:
  • At least two letters of recommendation from previous professors or employers, highlighting the applicant’s academic and/or professional achievements, work ethic, and potential for success in graduate studies.
  • Important Note:
    For confidentiality reasons, please ask your evaluator to upload the recommendation letter using this Google Form: Uploading of Recommendation Letter for St. La Salle GS.
  • Note:
    There is no required format for the recommendation letters. Applicants must provide their evaluator with their student ID number (if currently enrolled) or application ID (if new applicant), as well as the college of the program being applied for and the complete name of the degree program being applied for or currently enrolled in.

Transcript of Records:

From the applicant’s academic institutions, showcasing academic performance, including the most recent institution attended and other relevant academic records.


Certificate of Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) or Grade Weighted Average (GWA):For both Undergraduate and, if applicable, Graduate Programs

An official document issued and certified by the school registrar, detailing the applicant’s overall academic performance in both undergraduate and graduate programs. This certificate must reflect the cumulative CGPA or GWA, as calculated by the academic institution, and serve as formal proof of the applicant’s scholastic standing.


 Proof of Academic Excellence:

Any relevant documents such as awards, honors, publications, or other recognitions that demonstrate the applicant’s academic excellence and contributions to their field.


Copy of the applicant’s latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
  • If married and filing separately, include a photocopy of your spouse’s latest ITR.
  • If single and unemployed, submit a copy of your parents’ latest ITR.
  • If parents are not employed, submit either:
    • A Certificate of Exemption from Filing of Income Tax Return from the BIR, or
    • A Certificate of Unemployment from the Municipal/Barangay Hall.
  • Statement of Family Income / Affidavit of Income:
    • A notarized affidavit declaring the total monthly or annual income of the household, especially if formal income documents are unavailable.

Latest Certificate of Employment with Compensation (if currently employed)
