Letter of Request for Financial Assistance addressed to: (no specific format required) Admissions and Scholarships Director Thru: Dean, Tañada-Diokno School of Law
Income Tax Return (ITR)
1. If married and filing separately, include a photocopy of your spouse’s latest ITR. 2. If single and unemployed, submit a copy of your parents’ latest ITR. 3. If parents are not employed, submit either: a. A Certificate of Exemption from Filing of Income Tax Return from the BIR, or b. A Certificate of Unemployment from the Municipal/Barangay Hall.

Narrative Letter of Recommendation
Narrative Letter of Recommendation for financial assistance from the applicant’s current employer or immediate superior – If unemployed at the time of application, submit a Letter of Recommendation from a former faculty member from the last school attended, previous employer, or supervisor.

| The Admissions and Scholarships Office (AdSO) reserves the right to decline applications that have not met the criteria set by the Office. |
Current scholars who have completed at least two (2) semesters under their scholarship and wish to apply for a scholarship upgrade may coordinate with the Assistant Dean for Administration of the Tañada-Diokno School of Law.
Applicants may be required to attend an interview or submit additional documents as requested by the Assistant Dean for Administration.
