St. La Salle Financial Assistance Grant for Incoming Grade 11 Students AY 2027-2028

De La Salle University offers financial assistance to Filipino students through the St. La Salle Financial Assistance Program. 

Interested applicants are required to submit their application and complete the supporting documents within the prescribed period. 

The St. La Salle Financial Assistance Grant which covers tuition and other school fees may be given in full or partial coverage.

The Office of the Registrar for Basic Education requires online submission of scanned copies of required documents in PDF format through the Archers Hub. Original copies of the documents may be required once the scholarship is awarded to the applicant.

 Please refer to the procedure and list of requirements below:

1. Log in to your Archer’s Hub account. 
2. Click “Scholarships”.
3. ”Click “Apply” to submit your application. Fill out the form and upload a clear scanned copy of the following requirements in PDF:

a. Recent Income Tax Return or Certificate of Employment and Compensation (If parents and other household members are employed)

b. Certificate of Exemption from filing of Income Tax Return from the BIR or Certificate of Unemployment from the Municipal/Barangay Hall (If parents are NOT employed)

c. Vicinity Map Form (can be drawn or use the Google Map)

d. Photos of Family Residence (i.e., façade of the house/front view, living room, kitchen, and bedroom)

e. Official Electric bill for the last 3 months 

f. Official Water bill for the last 3 months 

g. Official receipt of realty tax payment for the last year (If house is owned, NOT mortgaged)

h. Official receipt of housing loan amortization for the last 3 months (If house is owned, but mortgaged) 

i. Official receipt of the rental payment for the last 3 months or certification of monthly rent from the lessor (If renting an apartment)

1. Applicants who successfully pass the DSHAPE process and meet the program’s financial eligibility requirements, including the prescribed family income limit, shall proceed to the screening and evaluation stage. 
2. Applications will only be processed if all required documents are submitted in full within the prescribed application period.
3. Financial assistance may be granted to only one (1) grantee per family.
4. An applicant may not concurrently avail of more than one (1) University scholarship or financial assistance grant.  
5. Submission of application does not guarantee automatic approval. Applications from qualified applicants will undergo further evaluation, and selection will be based on eligibility, assessment results, and available slots. 
6. Once awarded, the grant shall cover the Senior High School years and may extend up to college, provided the grantee maintains a Cumulative Average of 87.00-90.99 and complies with the academic standards and policies of the University.
7. Submission of false information, fraudulent documents, or any form of misrepresentation will result in the nullification of the scholarship application and may lead to disqualification from admission or continued study at the University.
