St. La Salle Financial Assistance Grant for Incoming Grade 11 Students AY 2026-2027

General Guidelines

     De La Salle University provides financial assistance to Filipino students who meet specific eligibility criteria.

 

     Applicants must first qualify for admission and meet the eligibility criteria. Only those who meet the requirements will be invited to apply for the scholarship and submit supporting documents for evaluation. Eligibility is limited to applicants with an annual family income of Php 1,000,000 or below.

 

     Applications and their processing will begin after the list of accepted Senior High School applicants is officially released by the Office of the Registrar for Basic Education (ORBE). 

 

     Scholarship awards are given in full or partial coverage (i.e., 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%) and do not provide any other allowance. The St. La Salle Financial Assistance Grant covers tuition and fees only.

Application Procedure

      The Office of the Registrar for Basic Education requires online submission of scanned copies of required documents in PDF format through the Archers Hub. Original copies of the documents may be required once the scholarship is awarded to the applicant.

 

      Please refer to the step-by-step procedure below:

 

a. Log in to your Archer’s Hub account. Click “Scholarships.”Click “Apply” to submit your application. Fill out the form and upload a clear scanned copy of the requirements in PDF through the Archers Hub. 

b. The application period is from April 10, 2026 until May 10, 2026 only.

c. Upload Applicable Requirements in the Archers Hub:

d. Income Tax Return for Year 2025 or Certificate of Employment and Compensation for Year 2026 (If parents and other household members are employed) 

e. Certificate of Exemption from filing of Income Tax Return from the BIR or Certificate of Unemployment from the Municipal/Barangay Hall (If parents are NOT employed)

f. Vicinity Map Form (can be drawn or use the Google Map)

g. Photos of Family Residence (i.e., façade of the house/front view, living room, kitchen, and bedroom)

h. Official Electric bill for the last 3 months 

i. Official Water bill for the last 3 months 

j. Official receipt of realty tax payment for the last year (If house is owned, NOT mortgaged)

k. Official receipt of housing loan amortization for the last 3 months (If house is owned, but mortgaged) 

l. Official receipt of the rental payment for the last 3 months or certification of monthly rent from the lessor (If renting an apartment)

m. Personal Essay

n. Write in essay form your answer to the following questions:

1. What are your motivations for applying to DLSU SHS? 

2. How would receiving the grant help you achieve your academic and career goals?

3. How would you pay it forward if granted the scholarship?

Important Notes:

1. Only applicants who successfully passed the DSHAPE and meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the scholarship.

2. Applications will only be processed if all required documents are submitted in full within the prescribed application period.

3. Financial assistance may be granted to only one (1) grantee per family, and a student may avail of only one University scholarship or financial assistance grant at a time.

4. Submission of application does not guarantee automatic approval. All applications will be evaluated, and selections will be made based on available slots.

5. Once awarded, the grant shall cover the Senior High School years and may extend up to college, provided the grantee maintains a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.5 and complies with the academic standards and policies of the University.

6. Submission of false information, fraudulent documents, or any form of misrepresentation will result in the nullification of the scholarship application and may lead to disqualification from admission or continued study at the University.
