Qualitative Process Evaluation of the Barangay First 1000 Days (BF1KD) and Other Right Start Component Interventions: Philippines

The purpose of this study is to ensure that the organization’s implementation processes and arrangements are gearing toward the road of program success. This will be done through a process evaluation, the objective of which are 1) to review the overall progress of implementing the Barangay First 1000 Days (BF1KD) and other right start component interventions (RSCI); 2) to assess/evaluate the BF1KD and other RSCI/support activities; 3) based on the findings, to propose refinements; and 4) to identify mechanisms to promote the integration of the BF1KD model into nutrition programs in the BF1KD.
