Dr. Hazel T. Biana is an associate professor of the Department of Philosophy of the DLSU College of Liberal Arts. She obtained her Ph.D. in Philosophy, her M.A. in Philosophical Research, and her A.B. in Philosophy and B.S.C. major in Advertising Management from DLSU-Manila. Her main research interests are in feminist philosophy and postfeminism. She headed the SDRC study “Reclaiming Filipino Indigenous Cultures through Teaching and Learning” and was a co-investigator in the “Assessment of Existing Competencies of Child Development Workers (CDWs) toward Progressive Achievement of National Competency Standards” study. Dr. Biana is an auditor and member of the board of directors of the Philosophical Association of the Philippines.
