Dr. Rhoderick V. Nuncio is Dean of the College of Liberal Arts of De La Salle University, a full professor of Philippine Studies at the Departamento ng Filipino, and a research fellow at SDRC. He obtained his M.A. and Ph.D. in Philippine Studies at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. As a social scientist he has done research work and advocacy programs related to ICT for education and development, and has been a visiting researcher at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities in Mahidol University, Thailand. His book, Sanghiyang sa Mundo ng Internet, won the National Book Award in the Social Science category. He was project director of the SDRC study “Philippine Kids Online Survey (PKOLS).”
